Is your beef grass fed or grass finished?
YES! We only offer grass fed and grass finished beef. Only upon request can we offer grass fed grain finished.
How much freezer space do I need?
You will need 7 cubic ft for a 1/2 and 16 cubic ft for a whole. Ask us how we can take the guess work out of this and send a free freezer that will fit your beef perfectly.
Is this beef raised locally?
All of our cattle are sourced from local farmers and ranchers in Williamson and Robertson Counties.
How is your beef packaged?
All of our beef is flash frozen and vacuum sealed as soon as the 14-21 day dry aging process is complete. This is the freshest beef you will ever eat.
